Many business owners immediately see the value to having a virtual contractor managing the time consuming, but important, tasks of running the business. However, the first question is usually, "What's this going to cost?" Fair enough, let's get into it.

First, let's cover the benefits of a virtual contractor vs an employee:.

Time On Task: This term refers to billable time. Much like an attorney we only charge for time when we are working on your account. This means that 20 hours for a month is 100% productive. This causes more work to be done in a shorter period of time. An employee might work all week (40 hours) on a project and finish it. This is because she's taking time off for lunch, breaks, phone calls, checking her personal texts, talking to coworkers, etc. We could potentially finish the same project in 5 hours in two days. Faster turn around, fewer hours, less money spent by you. .
Insurance: This is a typical employee expense that you wouldn't have with our team. .
Work Comp: When your annual payroll audit comes around you will not have to include the money paid to our company as we are contractors and not employees. So yet another saving!.
Time Off/PTO: When we don't work we don't get paid. There are times when we close our offices and we do communicate that in advance with customers so we can plan accordingly. .
Office Space/Equipment: As business owners we already have our own desks, chairs, computers, printers, etc. .
Advanced Skills: What's great about dealing with other business owners is that we understand the problems you have- because we usually have or have had them at some point, too! This allows us a unique perspective and gives us a specific set of skills that can best assist you. Employees know skills where business owners understand strategy too!.
No Commitment/Unemployment: We don't lock people into a contract- ever. If you no longer need us or want to work with us we simply ask for a 30 day notice so we can fill your spot. Your unemployment insurance will never go up for ending a relationship with us, unlike an employee..
Pricing: We work on billable time. Simply pick the block of time you think will work best for the tasks you are wanting us to do. This can fluctuate month by month with zero commitment. You'll never have a contract with us. If you happen to use your block of time during the month and want more time, no problem, just buy another block of time. Time can be rolled over from month to month as long as you're continuing to give us work. The only situation we want to avoid is someone buying time month after month without using it, rolling it over, and then suddenly using 100 hours in one month. This wouldn't be fair to our other clients and we couldn't guarantee that we could even fill that many hours for one client in a month- so it's not fair to anyone. It also doesn't matter what tasks we're doing for those hours- the pricing is the same. High-end graphics like Karen does or web coding can normally run upwards of $100+ per hour. Some other tasks might require less skill, but you'd have to find another contractor to perform them- so we feel that in the end, everything evens out..

Blocks of time available are below. Please note that we can only guarantee to fill so many hours per month as a team. If at the time you contact us we are full we can add your name to a list and call you when we have an opening. We do this to ensure quality work for the client's on our roster and we appreciate your understanding.
So, what all can you get done with a block of time? What's typical to expect?.
